Orange Ginger Stir Fry Marinade
I personally love a good marinade I can use for more than one dish. I use this marinade a lot for when I make Stir Fry, Noodle bowls or Chicken and rice. I usually make a double batch and freeze the other half for when I need it. It thaws out well and is instant flavor.
Here is what you need:
- 1/2 cup Stir Fry sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Diced Shallot
- 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
- 1/2 cup Orange (or Orange Pineapple) Juice
You could add some crushed red pepper for a kick!
Marinade overnight in the fridge or for a half hour in a bowl on your counter. Grill, pan fry or bake! I personally think grilling taste the best as the OJ starts to caramelize, however pan fry is also great! If you bake, I recommend taking the skin off before marinating.
